I have some fun new fabrics to tell you about, and a new quilt to share today!
The fabrics are from a new line from Kelly Panacci (Riley Blake Designs) called Panda Love.
How cute are these panda prints? For my quilt I went with the aqua /gray / black color combo, but in this line there's also some great pinks, and SO many more prints too. It was hard to choose just a few for my quilt! See the full line here on the Riley Blake website.
The quilt pattern I used for this quilt is called Fractals. It comes in four sizes (baby, throw, twin, queen) and I chose to make a throw size (54" x 72").
It was fun to fussy cut some of the larger pandas and use them in a few of the squares. They fit just perfectly, and add a little personality to the quilt, don't you think?
The gray geometric print with the hexies is my favorite - that one is going in my stash and I can see myself using that one in all sorts of projects.
Here's what a pink & gray version of Fractals would look like. Can you see why I had a hard time choosing fabrics?
The Fractals quilt pattern is available in my shop, and for this week it's on sale for only $5!
Happy sewing everyone!
